Little Barn Door was commissioned to fully stage a beautifully refurbished modern family home in one of Ringwood’s most desirable residential areas. With four spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, two generous reception rooms, and a large garden, this high spec property had incredible potential that needed to be brought to life with considered, thoughtful staging.
The Design Approach
Led by Design Manager Emily Porter, the team took a strategic design approach to ensure the interiors were not only beautiful but also functional and inviting. The overall aim was to increase the property’s saleability by helping potential buyers truly visualise the home’s possibilities.
The design centred on a neutral and modern aesthetic, with quality finishes and subtle, elegant styling that would appeal to a wide range of buyers. By keeping the palette calm and contemporary, the team enhanced the property’s natural light and space while adding warmth and personality through layers of texture and greenery.
Key Transformations
Lounge: The large living space was styled to feel cosy and welcoming. Rich textures, green accents, and natural elements were used to connect the indoors with the expansive rear garden, creating a relaxing, homely feel.
Open Plan Living: The heart of the home, its open plan kitchen, dining, and living area, was transformed into a vibrant social hub. Uplifting tones and carefully curated accessories helped frame this space as ideal for both day to day family life and entertaining.
