Little Barn Door was enlisted to fully stage this brand new, three bedroom bungalow, tucked away in a peaceful cul de sac in Fareham. With its clean, neutral finishes and excellent layout, the property already had a solid foundation, but needed thoughtful staging to help prospective buyers connect emotionally and imagine themselves living there.
The Design Approach
Design Consultant Molly Guskova led the full install, carefully curating a look that would transform this blank canvas into a warm, welcoming home. The chosen style was relaxed, comfortable and contemporary, with a colour palette that included rich rust, navy, grey and warm browns.
The goal was to create an inviting, move in ready atmosphere that would appeal to a wide demographic, from downsizers and first time buyers to young families looking for a stylish, manageable home.

Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom, Office: Each space was given its own personality and purpose, combining contemporary furnishings with cosy textures to enhance comfort and usability.
Open Plan Lounge, Kitchen, Diner: This central living space was brought to life with warm tones and soft furnishings, making it feel homely, social and practical for everyday living and entertaining.
