Stagers
Hands-on with the work. You spend most days in a property dressing, editing, and making the calls a photo will reward. Eye for scale, comfortable on your feet, calm under a launch deadline.
Project Managers
You run the schedule, the inventory, the client conversation, and the day. You like the bit where five things are happening and the system holds. Comfortable directing a small install team.
Operations Support
You keep the studio running. Bookings, deliveries, schedule changes, the inventory that arrived an hour late. The role with the most cross-team awareness in the business.
