Natalie founded Little Barn Door in 2018, after seeing first-hand what considered staging could do for a sale. What began as a quiet conviction has grown into a studio built around the same discipline: making homes feel resolved, so the right buyer can picture themselves moving in.

The studio is based in Hampshire and works on homes across the surrounding counties. Natalie serves as President of the Home Staging Association UK, and is the author of Happy Home Sale, an Amazon best seller written for sellers and the agents who advise them.

The conviction behind every project is straightforward. A home sells better when it is staged for the buyer rather than the seller, and the work is judged on the result, not the photographs.

Emily leads the design side of every project, translating a property brief into a finished room buyers can read at a glance. She holds the line on quality across the team, from initial walk-through to the day the photographer arrives.

Executive Assistant to CEO

Fay keeps the business moving behind the scenes, organising Natalie’s time, managing key communications, and ensuring priorities, projects, and business relationships run seamlessly every day.
