And we are back!

At Little Barn Door we have put together a clear plan of what our “next” looks like, with our priority being safety and safe practises to keep our team, our clients and our contacts protected whilst we start the next phase of 2020.

January and February 2020 were busy months, with many of our clients securing sales on their properties, but when March hit, it all paused.  No surveys, mortgages, construction, viewings etc. Meaning that even people who were in the process of selling had to wait.

So here we are, 15 May 2020, just days after the news that the property industry could be “restarted” and we are ready to go.  Destaging being our number 1 focus to make sure that our properties are empty, and clients are ready to complete as soon as possible to move on to their next chapter.

Our Safe Installation and Safe Destaging procedures are set to make this possible, and we are so grateful for the patience and understanding of our stakeholders as we work within them.
