Why I was reluctant to go virtual....

When I launched Little Barn Door the vision was a “physical” one.

Physically moving furniture and presenting an environment that completely transformed a space. Not just through appearance, but through experience.

A kind of “sensory show home” that would immediately make buyers fall in love so hard that they would just have to make an offer…….the same way as when you meet “the one”.

So, the idea of offering 2D CGI images of virtually placed furniture was not at all in my heart.

During this coronavirus-pause, I have taken time to really reflect on enhancing our client experience and I have realised that whilst individually physical and virtual staging both offer their benefits……the POWER comes when they are combined!

By seamlessly combining the 2 services, clients can not only benefit from the ability to market an inaccessible property much earlier, but can go on to present a “real-life” environment to invoke an emotional response and connection with the buyer through their physically staged property.

Once I started to play with these ideas, it was like experiencing a crescendo of property staging success. By combining virtual innovation, our already successful staging solutions and our deep passion to support property owners, we can truly offer a fuller and more enriched client experience, to see them achieve their goals through successful property sales.
